2.Surface treatment:
Steel surfaces should be shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to St3 level for optimal adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is 3°C above dew point, relative humidity is below 85%, and wind force does not exceed level 3. Construction should halt if temperatures fall below 5°C, as epoxy reactions are inhibited. Avoid adverse weather conditions like rain, fog, or high winds, and morning/evening condensation when working outdoors.

4.Notes:
1. Ensure component A is thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring before combining with component B for a uniform blend.
2. Stir regularly during application to maintain consistency and prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio for a superior paint film.
3. Achieve a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating efficacy. Delays may compromise quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal tightly and use promptly to avoid reaction with atmospheric moisture, preventing material waste.
