Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind conditions kept at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid proceeding during inclement weather such as rain, fog, strong winds, or during times of condensation, particularly in the morning and evening when working outdoors.

1. Utilize mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A before combining it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Continuous stirring during application is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance, thereby compromising the paint film's integrity.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of no less than 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats to ensure robust coverage.
4. The two-component mixture should be used within a 5-hour window post-mixing to maintain coating quality.
5. To prevent degradation and loss, tightly cover the curing agent once opened and use it promptly, as exposure to moisture in the air can initiate unwanted reactions.
