1. Introduction:

2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually treated for rust removal to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
For optimal performance, ensure the substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by at least 3°C, with a relative humidity below 85%. Wind force should not exceed level 3. Construction should halt when the temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction during inclement weather conditions such as rain, fog, or strong winds, and be cautious of early morning and evening condensation during outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, and then blend it uniformly with component B.
2. Consistent stirring during application is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the balance of powder to liquid ratio, potentially compromising the integrity of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain the quality of the coating, as extended time may degrade performance.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is sealed tightly and used promptly to avert losses from reactions with moisture in the air.
