2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point. Maintain relative humidity below 85% and wind force at level 3 or less. When the temperature is under 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, requiring construction activities to pause. Avoid inclement weather such as rain, fog, and strong winds, as well as morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, vigorously stir component A using mechanical equipment, then blend thoroughly with component B to ensure uniform consistency.
2. During the coating process, regularly agitate the mixture to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the balance of powder to liquid ratio, ultimately compromising the paint film's quality.
3. For optimal results, the recommended dry film thickness is 70μm or greater, with 1 to 2 coats being ideal.
4. It's advisable to utilize the mixed two-component paint within a 5-hour window to preserve the superior quality of the coating.
5. After consuming the curing agent, seal it tightly to swiftly utilize and prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture that could lead to product degradation.
