2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to an immaculate Sa2.5 level, or meticulously de-rusted manually to achieve St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
For optimal application, ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point. Maintain relative humidity below 85% and wind force at or below level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases; thus, halt construction. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, high winds, and consider the risk of condensation during the early and late hours for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly stir component A using mechanical methods to achieve a uniform mixture before blending with component B.
2. Consistently stir during application to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-liquid balance and compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within a 5-hour window. Exceeding this time frame may adversely affect the coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is sealed promptly and consumed quickly to prevent degradation from atmospheric moisture interactions.
