2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, either shot blasted or sand blasted to the stringent Sa2.5 level, or carefully rust-removed to achieve the St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature surpasses the dew point by at least 3°C, with relative humidity maintained under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reactive process between the epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Construction should be avoided during inclement weather such as rain, fog, strong winds, sandy conditions, and periods of morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to usage, thoroughly agitate component A using mechanical stirring for an even mix, then blend seamlessly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the balance of powder to liquid ratio, adversely affecting the quality of the paint film.
3. For optimal results, ensure the dry film thickness is maintained at ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats effectively.
4. It is advisable that the two-component paint be utilized within 5 hours post-mixing. Delays could compromise coating quality.
5. Post usage of the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and consumed swiftly to prevent reaction with atmospheric moisture leading to potential losses.
