1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sandblasted to reach an impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-cleaned to St3 level perfection.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate must be flawlessly 3°C above the dew point, with humidity below 85%, and wind ≤ level 3. If below 5°C, epoxy and curing agent interaction ceases; construction halts. Avoid outdoor application on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and condensation during morning and evening.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly stir component A mechanically, ensuring a perfect mix with component B.
2. Consistently stir during application to avert sedimentation, maintaining a harmonious powder-to-liquid balance, preserving paint film integrity.
3. Recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, achieved with 1 to 2 coats for optimum coverage.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain peak quality; beyond this risks compromising coating excellence.
5. After exhausting the curing agent, seal it tightly and prioritize prompt use to prevent degradation from air moisture interaction.
