2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot-blasted or sand-blasted to an impeccable Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to a pristine St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with humidity less than 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the temperature is below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent halt their reaction, requiring a pause in construction. Refrain from working on rainy, foggy, or windy days, or when there is morning and evening condensation for outdoor tasks.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, utilize mechanical stirring to homogenize component A, subsequently blending it thoroughly with component B.
2. Maintain consistent stirring during application to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, compromising the paint film's quality.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint generally needs to be applied within 5 hours to ensure superior coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and use it promptly to avoid losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
