2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, with a relative humidity of less than 85%, and wind force must not exceed level 3. When the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction. It is important to avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, along with morning and evening condensation, for optimal outdoor application.

4.Notes:
1. Before using, ensure thorough mixing of component A through mechanical stirring, then blend it evenly with component B.
2. During the coating process, regularly stir the mixture to prevent sedimentation that could lead to an imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio, risking compromised paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats for optimal performance.
4. The mixed two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality, as exceeding this timeframe may lead to degradation.
5. After using the curing agent, it should be sealed tightly and utilized promptly to avoid any unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to loss or degradation.
