1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is expertly prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve the Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to the St3 level, ensuring optimal conditions for coating.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature surpasses the dew point by 3°C with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force does not exceed level 3. At temperatures below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, halting construction. Avoid outdoor application during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy weather, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly blend component A using mechanical stirring, followed by combining it uniformly with component B for optimal results.
2. During the coating process, ensure regular stirring to prevent sedimentation, maintaining a balanced powder to liquid ratio, which is crucial for high-quality paint film.
3. The recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm with 1 to 2 coats for superior protection and performance.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating excellence, as extended time may degrade quality.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use, and utilize promptly to prevent detrimental reactions with atmospheric moisture, preserving its efficacy and avoiding unnecessary loss.
