1. Introduction:

2. Surface Treatment:
Ensure the steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction Conditions:
Before beginning, make sure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point with a relative humidity of less than 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should pause if substrate temperature drops below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid working during rainy, foggy, windy, sandy conditions, and condensation periods in the morning and evening outdoors.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend evenly with component B for a consistent mix.
2. Regularly stir throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, avoiding imbalance in the powder to liquid ratio which could compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Once mixed, aim to use the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain quality, as prolonged use may deteriorate the coating.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, ensure it is tightly sealed and used promptly to prevent unwanted reactions with moisture in the air, safeguarding against potential losses.
