2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface should be prepared meticulously to Sa2.5 level through shot blasting or sand blasting, or manually to St3 level, ensuring optimal surface readiness.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure substrate temperatures are at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity below 85%, and wind conditions no stronger than level 3. Construction should be ceased if substrate temperatures drop below 5°C as epoxy resin and curing agents halt reactions. Avoid construction during inclement weather conditions including rain, fog, strong winds, sandstorms, or when condensation is likely.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix Component A using mechanical stirring, then combine evenly with Component B for best results.
2. Stir regularly during coating to maintain a consistent powder-to-liquid ratio, preventing sedimentation that compromises paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, ensure it's sealed tightly and used promptly to prevent potential degradation from atmospheric moisture.
