1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is prepared to perfection, either by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve an immaculate Sa2.5 level, or through meticulous manual rust-removal reaching St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure optimal environmental conditions: the substrate temperature needs to be at least 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be paused if substrate temperature falls below 5°C as the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react. Avoid unfavorable weather such as rain, fog, wind, sand, or condensation during mornings and evenings for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Begin by thoroughly stirring component A mechanically until uniform, then proceed to evenly blend with component B.
2. Continuously stir during the coating procedure to prevent sedimentation, as this can disrupt the balance between powder and liquid, potentially compromising the quality of the resulting paint film.
3. It is essential to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with the application of 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity. Prolonged use beyond this time frame may deteriorate the quality of the coating.
5. After usage, the curing agent must be securely sealed and utilized promptly to avert any degradation caused by reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
