2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by either shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or rust is carefully removed manually to reach an St3 level, ensuring optimal paint adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature maintains a minimum of 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity kept below 85%, and wind speeds not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the chemical reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, or sand, as well as during morning and evening condensations for exterior projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, it is essential to employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, ensuring a consistent blend before integrating with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, ideally achieved through 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the combined two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to preserve coating quality.
5. After expending the curing agent, it is paramount to seal it tightly and utilize it promptly to safeguard against losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
