1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to an impeccable St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point. Maintain relative humidity below 85% with wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reaction, necessitating a halt in construction. Steer clear of rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly blend component A before mixing it uniformly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the pristine quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats being applied for optimal coverage.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be consumed within a 5-hour window to maintain optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is promptly covered and utilized swiftly to avert losses due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
