Supporting system:

Construction Guidance:

1.Substrate Requirements: The substrate must be firm, level, clean, dry (moisture content ≤10%), and have a pH value ≤10.
2.Application Methods: Suitable for spraying, rolling, or brushing.
3.Dilution: Adjust based on actual construction conditions, using no more than 10% clean water for dilution.
4.Construction Conditions: Temperature range: 5-40°C; relative humidity ≤85%. Avoid application during windy/rainy seasons or extreme heat.
5.Cleanup: Rinse tools thoroughly with clean water immediately after use.

Construction Instructions

1. Base Layer Instructions

1.1 Before base layer treatment, the wall needs a certain curing period. Generally, new cement walls require 28 days of curing in winter and 14 days in summer.
1.2 Before applying putty, thoroughly remove loose, peeling, hollow, or powdery base layers, then eliminate dirt such as dust and oil.
1.3 After the first full putty application, use a trowel to smooth it. After slightly drying (generally 3-4 hours), apply the second layer of putty. Once the putty is dry, sand it carefully with sandpaper to remove trowel marks and joints.
1.4 The flatness of the putty surface should be ≤1.5mm.

2. Construction Specifications

2.1 Stir well before construction.
2.2 Roller coating: Dip a roller into the diluted Shengong elastic paint container, roll it on a construction tray to evenly distribute the paint on the roller surface, then apply it to the wall.
2.3 Spray painting: Ensure consistent product dilution ratio, air pressure, spray gun nozzle size, and spraying distance.

3. Precautions

3.1 Read the construction instructions carefully before starting.
3.2 Do not construct when the temperature is below 5ºC, wind force exceeds grade 4, or in rain, snow, or when the wall temperature exceeds 50ºC.
3.3 Store in a cool, clean, dry place at 0-35ºC. Use the product promptly after opening. (Note: Product performance and construction parameters are obtained under laboratory conditions, but actual usage conditions vary. The company reserves the right to revise the product instructions without prior notice.)
