Premium Eco-friendly Water-based Textured Special Topcoat Building Coating for Surface Protection

This topcoat paint is formulated with a special inorganic composite acrylic polymer emulsion as the primary film-forming substance, complemented by high-performance additives. It is specifically developed for stone-like paints and textured coatings, featuring a unique hydrophilic surface and hydrophobic interior structure. This design enables easy removal of hydrophilic contaminants by water while preventing the adhesion of oil-based pollutants. Additionally, it offers waterproof yet breathable properties, yellowing resistance, and exceptional durability, effectively safeguarding walls against mold, damage, and weathering. The product ensures long-lasting cleanliness and aesthetic appeal while significantly enhancing the stain-resistant of exterior surfaces.

Application Instructions:

2. Dilution method: Dilute according to the instructions for use of the product. Multi-layer coatings have a thicker film and slower drying speed. The topcoat (clear varnish) must only be applied after the recoat time has been reached.

3. Apply between 5-35°C, with relative humidity (RH) below 85%.

4. Select appropriate application methods and tools, and follow the recommended process for operation.

Storage and Transportation Guidelines:

1. Sealed packaging in plastic drums.
2. Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse. Optimal ambient temperature: 0-35°C. Protect from rain, moisture, and freezing. Transport as general chemicals.
3. Shelf life: 12 months. Products beyond the expiration date may still be used if they pass quality inspection.
