Premium Eco-friendly Non-toxic and Odorless Wall Consolidator Water-Based Primer Building Coating

Formulated with high-quality acrylic emulsion as the primary film-forming substance and refined with high-performance additives, this product is specially designed to seal alkaline surfaces on various substrates. It prevents the efflorescence of water-soluble salts and subsequent peeling while reducing topcoat consumption and enhancing the decorative performance of the finishing layer.

Applications:

Applicable to common cement-based surfaces including concrete walls, brick/stone masonry, plaster, asbestos boards, cement polymer putty layers, and waterproof mortar finishes.

Performance characteristics:

1. Good permeability. Modified water-based high-grade resin is used as the binder, which can penetrate deep into the micropores of the base layer, with excellent mildew resistance, algae resistance, weathering resistance and chalking resistance.

2. Strong alkali resistance. It has good adhesion, can effectively prevent the precipitation of water-soluble salts and alkalis, protect the supporting paint from alkali and salt erosion, and has excellent waterproof performance.

3. Excellent environmental performance. With water as the solvent, it is non-toxic and odorless, convenient for construction and easy to recoat.

3.Shelf life: 12 months. Products beyond the expiration date may still be used if they pass quality inspection.
