Premium Eco-friendly High Adhesion Strength Water-based Colored primer Building Coating

Formulated with high-quality acrylic emulsion as the primary film-forming substance, and refined with high-performance pigments, fillers, and additives. Specifically engineered for surface alkali sealing across various substrates, this product prevents water-soluble salt efflorescence and subsequent paint delamination, while optimizing topcoat consumption and enhancing decorative performance.

Applications:

Applicable to common cement-based surfaces including concrete walls, brick/stone masonry, plaster, asbestos boards, cement polymer putty layers, and waterproof mortar finishes.

Performance characteristics:

Construction Instructions

1. The base material should be solid, flat, dry, clean and free of oil stains. The moisture content of the base material should be ≤10%, and the pH value should be 7-9.

2. Construction methods: brushing, rolling, spraying. It must not be diluted with clean water before use.

3. Construction conditions: The relative air humidity should be <85%, and the construction temperature should be 5-35ºC. Construction is strictly prohibited in windy, rainy or snowy weather.

4. Recoating interval: more than 4 hours.

Storage and Transportation Guidelines:

1.Sealed packaging in plastic drums.
2.Store in a cool, well-ventilated, and dry warehouse. Optimal ambient temperature: 0-35°C. Protect from rain, moisture, and freezing. Transport as general chemicals.
3.Shelf life: 12 months. Products beyond the expiration date may still be used if they pass quality inspection.
