2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve an Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to an St3 level for optimal results.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react, and construction should be halted. Avoid undertaking work on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and during times of morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then combine it evenly with component B to ensure the highest quality.
2. Regular stirring during the application process is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness be at least 70μm, achieved through 1 to 2 coats.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours; exceeding this timeframe may negatively impact coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, reseal it tightly and utilize it swiftly to prevent losses from reactions with ambient water vapor.
