2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be expertly shot or sand-blasted to achieve Sa2.5 level, or carefully rust-removed to St3 level for premium results.

3.Construction conditions:
Make sure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Should the substrate temperature drop below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting, necessitating a halt in construction. Refrain from working in rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions, as well as in times of morning or evening condensation for optimum results.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then blend it evenly with component B to ensure uniformity.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the delicate powder to liquid balance and impair the quality of the paint film.
3. For best outcomes, aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, ensure the two-component paint is utilized within 5 hours, as exceeding this timeframe can compromise coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, promptly seal it tightly to prevent loss due to reactions with ambient water vapor. Use it as quickly as possible.
