2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or through diligent manual rust removal to achieve St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. When the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reaction, necessitating a halt in construction activities. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A for uniformity, followed by even mixing with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, thus impacting the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal coverage.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be used within a 5-hour window to maintain coating integrity.
5. After depletion of the curing agent, ensure the container is sealed tightly and used promptly to avert losses from reactions with ambient moisture.
