1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
Achieve optimal performance by shot blasting or sandblasting the steel surface to Sa2.5 level, or manually removing rust to St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Avoid outdoor activities during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy weather, and during morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, employ mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend evenly with component B.
2. Maintain consistent stirring throughout the coating process to avert sedimentation, which may disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise paint film quality.
3. For best results, a dry film thickness of at least 70μm is recommended, with 1 to 2 coats completed.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Exceeding this timeframe may deteriorate the finish.
5. After using the curing agent, tightly cover it and use promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
