2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal adhesion.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Note: If substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Avoid days with rain, fog, strong winds, and sand, as well as times of condensation, for outdoor work.

4. Notes:
1. Before use, thoroughly mix component A with mechanical stirring, followed by a uniform blend with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which could imbalance the powder-to-liquid ratio, impacting paint film quality.
3. Achieve a recommended dry film thickness of ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality; exceeding this time may compromise effectiveness.
5. After utilizing the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent reaction with ambient water vapor that could lead to product loss.
