1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring perfection.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must surpass the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no greater than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react, halting construction. Avoid outdoor applications on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, and during morning or evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, expertly stir component A with mechanical vigor, then blend it seamlessly with component B.
2. Ensure regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. The two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours post-mixing to maintain coating integrity.
5. After the curing agent is used, seal tightly and use promptly to avoid loss from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
