1. Introduction:

2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, either by shot blasting or sandblasting to an impressive Sa2.5 level, or through manual rust removal to a precise St3 level.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature surpasses the dew point by a comforting 3°C, with relative humidity kept under 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. Construction should cease if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid outdoor endeavors on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days and during morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, engage in mechanical stirring to achieve a harmonious mix of component A, followed by a perfect fusion with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is crucial to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the delicate balance of powder to liquid ratio, potentially compromising the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be utilized within 5 hours to preserve its superior quality; using beyond this time frame may impact coating integrity.
5. After the curing agent's use, ensure it is tightly sealed and consumed swiftly to prevent any undesirable reactions with moisture in the air, safeguarding against potential loss.
