2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to St3 level for optimal performance.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity maintained under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, necessitating a halt in construction activities. Outdoor work should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A, then blend it uniformly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the application process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, typically achieved through 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within a 5-hour window. Prolonged exposure may degrade the coating's integrity.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use to prevent undesirable reactions with ambient water vapor, which could lead to losses.
