1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure optimal application, the substrate temperature must remain 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85% and wind force at level 3 or below. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid inclement weather such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and condensation during outdoor application.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly stir component A using mechanical equipment, then uniformly mix with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film's quality.
3. For an optimal finish, ensure the dry film thickness is at least 70μm. Apply 1 to 2 coats as necessary.
4. Post-mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours for best results, as exceeding this timeframe may diminish coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, secure it tightly and use promptly to minimize loss from reactions with airborne water vapor.
