2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot or sand-blasted to Sa2.5 level, ensuring pristine condition, or manually treated to St3 level for optimal adhesion.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, maintaining relative humidity under 85% and wind force at or below level 3. Should the substrate temperature fall below 5°C, halt construction as epoxy reactions cease. Avoid adverse weather conditions including rain, fog, or strong winds, and condensation during twilight hours for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, then combine it uniformly with component B.
2. Continuously stir during application to avoid sedimentation, ensuring an even powder-to-liquid ratio for a flawless paint film.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm with 1 to 2 coats.
4. Mix and use the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain optimal coating quality. Exceeding this time frame can compromise performance.
5. After using the curing agent, seal the container promptly and use it up quickly to avoid degradation from air moisture exposure.
