2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or carefully manually rust-removed to a refined St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is consistently 3°C higher than the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be halted when substrate temperatures fall below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react. Avoid construction during adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, and sandy days, as well as during condensation risks in the morning and evening for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly utilize mechanical stirring to mix component A until uniform, followed by an even mixture with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid balance and compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness be maintained at ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 robust coats.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be consumed within a 5-hour timeframe. Extending beyond this period could potentially impact the coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is sealed tightly and used promptly to avoid losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
