2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface undergoes meticulous shot blasting or sandblasting to Sa2.5 level, or manual rust removal to St3 level for ideal priming.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity <85% and wind force ≤ level 3. Construction should cease if substrate temperature falls below 5°C, halting epoxy resin and curing agent reactions. Avoid rainy, foggy, or overly windy conditions that may cause morning or evening condensation during outdoor application.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, use mechanical stirring to evenly mix component A, then blend comprehensively with component B.
2. Regular stirring during application is essential to avoid sedimentation, which can upset the balance of powder to liquid ratio, potentially impairing the quality of the paint film.
3. It is advisable to maintain a dry film thickness ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for optimal results.
4. Post-mixing, the two-component paint should be used within 5 hours to ensure coating quality is not compromised.
5. To prevent unwanted reactions with air moisture, ensure the curing agent is sealed tightly and utilized promptly after opening.
