2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be prepared to perfection using shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal application.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature is 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no more than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, epoxy resin and curing agent reactions halt, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, as well as condensation during mornings and evenings for outdoor applications.

4. Notes:
1. Use mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A before combining with component B for uniformity.
2. Regular stirring during application prevents sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance, affecting the paint film's quality.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is advisable, with 1 to 2 coats necessary for best results.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use and utilize promptly to avoid losses due to water vapor reactions in the air.
