2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, necessitating a pause in construction. Avoid construction in adverse weather like rainy, foggy, or windy days, or during early and late-day condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Before use, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A for uniformity, followed by mixing with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is vital to prevent sedimentation, which could skew the powder-to-liquid ratio, compromising the paint film quality.
3. Recommended dry film thickness is ≥70μm, accomplished over 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. Use the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality; exceeding this timeframe could degrade performance.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, seal it tightly and use promptly to avert losses from reactions with atmospheric moisture.
