2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is treated by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature should be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, halt construction as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease reacting. Avoid adverse weather conditions such as rain, fog, strong winds, or condensation, especially during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, thoroughly mix component A using mechanical stirring, and then blend evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to prevent sedimentation and ensure a balanced powder-to-liquid ratio, maintaining optimal paint film quality.
3. The dry film thickness should be ≥70μm with 1 to 2 coats recommended for best results.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to ensure coating integrity. Extended time may compromise quality.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use and consume promptly to avoid losses due to reactions with ambient water vapor.
