2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be meticulously prepared through shot or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level or manually to St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure a substrate temperature at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should halt if the substrate temperature drops below 5°C to prevent reaction cessation between the epoxy resin and curing agent. Avoid adverse weather for outdoor applications to maintain paint quality.

4.Notes:
1. Use mechanical stirring to ensure component A is mixed thoroughly before combining it with component B for uniformity.
2. Consistently stir the mixture during application to avoid sedimentation, which could compromise the paint film's integrity.
3. Maintain a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Use the two-component paint within 5 hours post-mixing to avoid quality degradation.
5. Seal the curing agent tightly after use and consume promptly to prevent loss from moisture-induced reactions.
