Product Description

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be prepared by shot blasting or sand blasting to Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to St3 level for optimal application.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity <85%, and wind force ≤ level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent halts, and application should cease. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy conditions and during times of morning and evening dew for best results.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, use mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then combine it evenly with component B.
2. Stir regularly during application to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the balance between powder and liquid, potentially compromising the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable that the dry film thickness measures ≥70μm, achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. After components are mixed, the paint should be used within 5 hours to maintain quality, as extended time may affect the coating's effectiveness.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure the container is sealed tightly and used promptly to prevent any reaction with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to losses.
