2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface is expertly shot blasted or sand blasted to a refined Sa2.5 level, or meticulously rust-removed to a precise St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is a minimum of 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. Should the substrate temperature drop below 5°C, the reaction between the epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, halting construction until conditions improve. Avoid constructing outdoors on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days or during morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, utilize mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then mix it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. Maintain regular stirring during the coating application to avert sedimentation, preventing imbalance in the powder-to-liquid ratio which could compromise the paint film's quality.
3. For best protection, it is advisable that the dry film thickness be no less than 70μm, achieved in 1 to 2 coats.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain coating quality.
5. To prevent undesirable reactions with ambient water vapor, tightly seal the curing agent after use and consume it promptly.
