2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared, either shot blasted or sandblasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually cleaned to achieve a thorough St3 level rust removal.

3. Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must consistently be 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3. If the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent will cease to react, necessitating a halt in construction. Outdoor projects should avoid rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days and steer clear of morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, ensure component A is thoroughly mixed with mechanical stirring, then blend it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. During the coating process, maintain regular stirring to avert sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, potentially compromising the quality of the paint film.
3. The recommended dry film thickness should be at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for best outcomes.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours. Exceeding this time frame may degrade the quality of the coating.
5. Ensure the curing agent container is tightly sealed after use to prevent unwanted reactions with atmospheric moisture, which could lead to material loss.
