2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared using shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve an Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
To ensure the best results, the substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by 3°C, with relative humidity maintained below 85% and wind force not exceeding level 3. Construction should be halted if the temperature falls below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent will not react. Avoid unfavorable weather conditions such as rain, fog, wind, sand, and morning or evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Before application, component A should be mechanically stirred thoroughly, then mixed uniformly with component B to ensure consistency.
2. It is crucial to regularly stir during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and potentially compromise the integrity of the paint film.
3. The recommended dry film thickness is at least 70μm, achieved through 1 to 2 coats for optimal protection.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours, as extended exposure may degrade the coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, ensure it is sealed tightly and utilized promptly to prevent any loss due to reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
