1. Introduction:

Epoxy zinc _-rich primer is a two _-component coating with epoxy resin as the base material, enhanced with phosphor iron powder, rust-proof pigment, etc., and solidified by polyamide. It is offered in a dual-component system A and B. Characteristics:Boasting high shielding properties, superior anti-rust capabilities, strong adhesion, along with excellent oil and water resistance.

2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface must be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to a pristine Sa2.5 level, or carefully rust-removed to St3 level.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature surpasses the dew point by at least 3°C, with humidity levels staying under 85%, and wind forces not exceeding level 3. Construction is to be paused when substrate temperatures drop below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease their reactions. Avoid operating on rainy, foggy, windy, sandy days, and during times of condensation, such as mornings and evenings, for outdoor projects.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, mechanically stir component A until it is thoroughly mixed, then combine it evenly with component B for optimal results.
2. During the coating procedure, remember to stir periodically to avert sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid balance, thereby impacting the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable for the dry film thickness to be at least 70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for best effect.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity; exceeding this duration may compromise quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and consume promptly to avert any spoilage due to reactions with moisture in the air.
