2. Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for optimal preparation.

3. Construction conditions:
Ensure that the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity under 85% and wind force no more than level 3. If the substrate temperature drops below 5°C, epoxy resin and curing agent reactions cease, halting construction. Avoid outdoor application on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, as well as during morning and evening condensation.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to use, thoroughly mechanically stir component A, then mix evenly with component B.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to maintain balance in the powder to liquid ratio and preserve the quality of the paint film.
3. A dry film thickness of ≥70μm is recommended, achieved with 1 to 2 coats.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should be utilized within 5 hours to ensure optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, seal tightly and use promptly to prevent loss due to reaction with ambient moisture.
