1.Introduction:

2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes:
1. Before use, utilize mechanical stirring to thoroughly mix component A, then blend it uniformly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which could disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, thereby affecting the paint film's quality.
3. It is advisable that the dry film thickness be maintained at ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal results.
4. After mixing, the dual-component paint should be used within 5 hours; exceeding this duration may compromise the coating quality.
5. Upon depletion of the curing agent, ensure it is covered tightly and consumed promptly to prevent losses due to reactions with atmospheric moisture.
