2. Surface treatment: Achieve optimal results with a meticulously prepared surface. Steel surfaces should be shot or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level for maximum primer adhesion.

3. Construction conditions: Ensure construction excellence by maintaining substrate temperatures 3°C above the dew point with humidity under 85% and wind force no greater than level 3. Construction in temperatures below 5°C should be postponed to prevent reaction halts. Avoid adverse weather conditions to maintain optimal coating quality.
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4. Notes: Enhance your application quality with these crucial guidelines.
1. Prior to application, ensure thorough mechanical stirring of component A before combining with component B for a seamless blend.
2. Maintain consistent stirring during application to avoid sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder to liquid ratio for a flawless paint film.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to preserve its superior quality.
5. Securely seal the curing agent after use to prevent moisture reactions, optimizing longevity and minimizing waste.
