2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve Sa2.5 level, ensuring a flawless finish, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature needs to be at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity maintained below 85%, and wind force not exceeding level 3; if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the reaction between epoxy resin and curing agent ceases, halting construction. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy days, and during morning and evening condensation for outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, component A should be thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, followed by even mixing with component B.
2. Stir regularly during the coating process to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a stable powder to liquid ratio and preserving the integrity of the paint film.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness be at least 70μm, completed in 1 to 2 coats for optimal coverage.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be consumed within 5 hours to maintain optimal coating quality.
5. Once the curing agent is exhausted, it should be sealed tightly and consumed promptly to prevent degradation from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
