2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot blasting or sand blasting to achieve a pristine Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to an St3 level to ensure optimal adhesion and performance.

3.Construction conditions:
For impeccable results, the substrate temperature must be precisely 3°C above the dew point with a relative humidity of less than 85%, and wind conditions should not exceed level 3. When the substrate temperature falls below 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent cease their reaction, mandating a halt in construction. To maintain quality, avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy, and sandy conditions, as well as during morning and evening condensation for outdoor projects.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure that component A is thoroughly mixed using mechanical stirring, followed by an even blend with component B for optimal consistency.
2. Consistent stirring throughout the coating process is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio, thereby compromising the integrity of the paint film.
3. To achieve the desired protective layer, it is recommended that the dry film thickness be maintained at ≥70μm, with the application of 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should be utilized within a 5-hour window to prevent degradation in coating quality.
5. After using the curing agent, ensure the container is sealed tightly to prevent reactions with airborne water vapor, and utilize promptly to minimize product loss.
