2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level, ensuring a pristine foundation.

3.Construction conditions:
Ensure the substrate temperature is at least 3°C above the dew point, with relative humidity under 85%, and wind force no more than level 3. When temperature is below 5°C, epoxy resin reactions halt, ceasing construction. Avoid construction during rainy, foggy, windy or sandy conditions, and condensation in mornings and evenings.

4.Notes:
1. Prior to application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then mix it evenly with component B for optimal consistency.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder to liquid ratio and compromise paint film quality.
3. For best results, aim for a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, applying 1 to 2 coats.
4. Once mixed, use the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating integrity, as exceeding this time may affect quality.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly and use promptly to prevent losses from reactions with airborne water vapor.
