2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface must be meticulously shot or sand blasted to a Sa2.5 level, or manually refined to an St3 level to ensure optimal adhesion.

3.Construction conditions:
The substrate temperature must exceed the dew point by 3°C, maintaining relative humidity below 85%, and wind conditions not surpassing level 3. Construction should be halted if the substrate temperature falls below 5°C as epoxy resin and curing agent reactions are inhibited. Avoid unfavorable weather conditions like rain, fog, high winds, and sandstorms, and steer clear of morning and evening condensation during outdoor applications.

4.Notes:
1. Mechanically stir component A thoroughly prior to use, then blend uniformly with component B to assure consistency.
2. Consistently stir during the coating process to avoid sedimentation that can disrupt the powder-to-liquid ratio, thereby affecting the paint film's quality.
3. Achieve a dry film thickness of ≥70μm with the application of 1 to 2 coats for optimal performance.
4. Utilize the mixed two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality, as extended times can compromise the finish.
5. Once the curing agent is opened, seal it tightly and consume promptly to prevent degradation from ambient moisture interaction.
