2.Surface treatment:
The steel surface is meticulously prepared through shot or sand blasting to the Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-treated to the St3 level, ensuring optimal adhesion and longevity.

3.Construction conditions:
For perfect results, ensure substrate temperature exceeds the dew point by 3°C, humidity is under 85%, and wind force is no more than level 3. Construction halts if the temperature dips below 5°C, as the epoxy and curing agent cease reacting. Avoid outdoor tasks during adverse weather like rain, fog, strong winds, or sandstorms, and stay clear of morning and evening condensation.

4.Notes:
1. Before application, mechanically stir component A thoroughly, then blend it seamlessly with component B to ensure a uniform mixture.
2. Regular stirring during application is crucial to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the powder-to-liquid balance and compromise the paint film quality.
3. Aim for a dry film thickness of ≥70μm, executing between 1 to 2 coats for the best coverage and protection.
4. Once mixed, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to maintain quality; extended exposure can diminish effectiveness.
5. After using the curing agent, seal it tightly to prevent reactions with moisture in the air, and use it up promptly to avoid unnecessary loss.
