2.Surface treatment: Preparing for Excellence
The steel surface is shot blasted or sand blasted to Sa2.5 level, or manually rust-removed to St3 level.

3.Construction conditions: Ensuring Optimal Application
The substrate temperature must be 3°C higher than the dew point, relative humidity <85%, wind force ≤ level 3; when the substrate temperature is lower than 5°C, the epoxy resin and curing agent stop reacting and construction should be stopped. Avoid rainy, foggy, windy and sandy days and condensation in the morning and evening for outdoor construction.

4.Notes: Essential Reminders for Best Results
1. Before use, employ mechanical stirring to mix component A evenly, and then blend it thoroughly with component B.
2. Regular stirring during the coating process is crucial to prevent sedimentation, ensuring a balanced powder to liquid ratio for optimal paint film quality.
3. It is advised that the dry film thickness be ≥70μm, with 1 to 2 coats applied for best coverage.
4. After mixing, utilize the two-component paint within 5 hours to maintain coating quality. Beyond this time frame, quality may be compromised.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, secure the container tightly and use promptly to avoid reactions with environmental moisture, preventing potential losses.
