1. Introduction:

2. Surface Treatment:
The steel surface should be meticulously shot or sand blasted to achieve Sa2.5 level, or manually treated to reach St3 level, ensuring optimal preparation.

3. Construction Conditions:
Ensure substrate temperature remains 3°C above the dew point with relative humidity below 85%, and wind conditions at or below level 3. Construction should halt if substrate temperature is below 5°C, as the epoxy resin and curing agent cease to react. Avoid construction on rainy, foggy, windy, or sandy days, as well as during times of morning or evening condensation outdoors.

4. Notes:
1. Prior to application, ensure mechanical stirring blends component A thoroughly before combining it evenly with component B.
2. Maintain regular stirring throughout the coating process to prevent sedimentation, which can disrupt the balance between powder and liquid, compromising the paint film quality.
3. It is recommended to achieve a dry film thickness of at least 70μm, completing 1 to 2 coats for best results.
4. After mixing, the two-component paint should ideally be used within 5 hours to preserve its optimal quality.
5. Once the curing agent is depleted, ensure it is sealed tightly and consumed promptly to mitigate losses from reactions with atmospheric water vapor.
